Adults in the Making: Equipping Young People to Lead, Live, and Launch with Purpose
A.I.M. (Adults in the Making) is a transformative mentorship initiative led by Andre Foulks. It is designed to empower young people ages 14–21 with the tools, mindset, and mentorship they need to thrive in today’s world. Rooted in social-emotional learning, character development, and life skills training, A.I.M. supports transitioning from adolescence to adulthood through intentional relationships, personal accountability, and real-world guidance.

To create safe spaces where young people—especially those impacted by systemic challenges—can grow into confident, emotionally intelligent, and purpose-driven adults.

OUR MISSION
Too often, society writes young people off before they’re even given a chance. A.I.M. stands in the gap, offering structure, support, and a vision for what’s possible. Whether navigating fatherlessness, academic challenges, or emotional trauma, participants leave this program with a stronger sense of identity, agency, and direction.

Andre is a mentor, educator, and founder of Liberated by Design, an organization dedicated to whole-life development and healing for men. With years of experience mentoring youth through Youth Development Inc., coaching in school settings, and facilitating reentry programs, Andre brings compassion, structure, and authenticity to every room he enters.
